If you wish to work with Banca Finnat S.p.A. (the Bank) you must email your application to us, attaching a CV and any other documents for evaluation. By sending us this information you automatically consent to the processing of your personal data, on a voluntary basis. The Data Controller is Banca Finnat S.p.A., based at Piazza del Gesù 49, Rome; the Data Processor is Mr. Giovanni Sciarrillo, also based at Piazza del Gesù 49. The Bank will process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), and the relevant Italian regulations, in a fair and transparent manner, according to the principles of confidentiality and lawfulness, solely for evaluation, selection and hiring purposes. The Bank needs your personal data to be able to contact you, so, if you fail to supply any data, or the data you supply is incomplete, we will be unable to select and contact you. In any case, we recommend that you do not send us any "sensitive" data (i.e. information about your religious beliefs or political opinions, health conditions, etc.), because it is unnecessary for recruitment purposes. Any messages contained in your information will be removed by us without being processed. Your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than as indicated and will be processed by our staff electronically and/or manually. The Bank reserves the right to occasionally disclose the personal data received to any external entities engaged by us to assist in the selection and development of our human resources. As data subject, you are entitled to obtain, at any time, confirmation as to whether or not your personal data, or any other data relating to you, has been processed and stored by the Bank, the origin of the data and the purpose and manner of processing; the processing logic applied, the external entities to which the data has possibly disclosed the data, and you may exercise the rights set out in articles 15- 21 of the GDPR, including their deletion. Your personal data will, in any case, be erased from our digital / paper archives after no more than three years from receiving them.
