The Bank of Italy Circular n° 263, 27 December 2006 and subsequent amendments -Title IV – Disclosure to the Public – requires that banks fulfil specific obligations of publishing information regarding their capital adequacy, risk exposures and the general characteristics of the systems aimed at identifying, measuring and managing the main risks in order to strengthen the governance role ensured by the market. As provided by law, this section contains this information.
From 1 January 2014, the prudential supervision provisions applicable to banks are contained in Circular No. 285 of 17 December 2013, containing the reforms of the agreements of the Basel Committee (“Basel 3?).
