Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor is a specialist consultant who assesses the feasibility of the listing. The main reference market for Banca Finnat is Euronext Growth Milan (already AIM Italia), but our institute can also assist with listings on other markets.

NomAd

The NomAd (Nominated Adviser) assists and supports the Issuer EGM (already AIM Italia) with carrying out tasks and complying with the rules set out by the Issuers Regulation in order to maintain transparency with Investors throughout the period they are listed on the market.

Global Coordinator and Broker

The Global Coordinator is the appointed intermediary in charge of placing the Issuer's shares and collecting subscriptions to Capital Increases or Debenture Loans.
