These skills translate into a wide range of services that can be provided against the conferment of the mandate of “General Advisor”, under which Banca Finnat provides the following services:

• Financial Advisor (strategic consultancy on the possibility of listing);
• Nomad (structuring the listing process and post-listing support);
• Global Coordinator/Broker (management and responsibility of the placing process ahead of listing).

These services are then complemented by specific services offered to listed issuers (Corporate Broking and S.E.Q. – Support for Listed Issuers).
