Short biography:
A Law graduate from La Sapienza University of Rome, he sits as an independent director on the Boards of Directors of financial institutions operating in the credit, investment and savings sectors. He worked at CONSOB and practised law at the office of lawyer Prof. Agostino Gambino. He worked as a Professor of Business Law at the Faculty of Law at La Sapienza University of Rome. He has penned essays and studies for scientific journals, and has edited and co-authored series on financial markets. He has lectured at Luiss University on a complementary course in the master’s degree in Financial Intermediaries Market Law, Department of Economics and Finance.
